With a standardized 14" x 20" pad deck, the versatile FM40 is an ideal replacement for a variety of other equipment. The Clarke FM40 is great to strip floors for recoats as well as clean and buff them. With the LX version, comes the standard baseboard cleaner attachment which is a huge time saver.
